I talked with Jane's agency a while back. It was hard to get a hold of her, however. I think she considers herself too much of a "superstar." OTOH, they are very professional and her agency seems well run. But I'd prefer more personalized service. I think she's too successful for her own good.

Robin Wilson is the definition of a sleezy saleswoman.  Her initial behavior and enthusiasm is outstanding- and then you sign the papers.  From there out, she is bratty, snobby, conceited and a horrible representative of properties.  She doesn't 'Show' homes... she lists them and knows she is guaranteed the sale. 

Here is the simple warning- simply ask not to be under a binding contract.  If realtors are truly representing your house in the best light, they should understand the consequences of horrible service.  I 100% guarantee she won't agree to those terms.  In fact, she'll convince you otherwise. 

Seller Be Ware.

Steve was incredible. I did not live in the home he was selling for me. He shoveled snow when someone wanted to view it, he gave me feedback on all the showings and most of all, he told me what to change to sell it. Unfortunately, I did not listen and after being on the market for 1 year, I made the change's. The house was sold in one month. I am now ready to sell another home and will go with no one but Steve.

From the first time I met with Marge Harris, I knew I could relate to her and that I was in great hands. She was willing to help me search for a home long-distance; I needed to move back to Illinois from Connecticut, but to an area I was basically unfamiliar with. I hadn't really refined my needs and wants, but not only did she hear my requests, she actually listened to and acted on them. Her advice and encouragement were invaluable.

Before I would come into town, Marge would compile a list of properties for me to preview on-line while she went to them physically to preview them. When it came time for paperwork, she led me (and my son!) through every paragraph and every figure, patiently and clearly explaining all aspects of a very complex process to my satisfaction.

I would recommend Marge Harris to anyone for whom an outstanding level of competence and professionalism in the field of real estate--coupled with a huge dollop of good humor--is of primary concern.

I utilized John's expertise in finding a new home when relocating to the Barrington area. He possesses a great deal of knowledge in all areas of the home buying experience. He provided me with a myriad of choices and during my long and abundant search his efforts and responsiveness to my needs held fast. John guided me through the overwhelming paperwork of my mortgage, insurance and as well as gave me suggestions on service providers. I was a first time seller and had no idea what to expect.  I picked Marge Harris from the Remax website and wasnt disappointed at all!

On our very first meeting she came across very professional, knowledgeable as well as very kind.  She had a binder with all kinds of information about the selling process as well as all the listings from my area.  During this meeting she really took the time to explain everything that she was going to do in getting my place sold.

After that meeting I was just WOWED by her. My virtual tour/pictures were amazing AND she created a beautiful binder on my property for any potential buyers to take while walking through my property. I know all that is what sold my place quickly.
