Not the most trust worthy person. Would tell you anything at the beginning to get the business then the trues or half trues would come out. Tries to portray himself as a savvy realtor and property manager but ultimately knew far less than he should.

Not very ethical as he would share information regarding his other clients, for example their credit history, income and his general personal opinions about them. These are not the traits a professional should have when dealing with confidential information of multiple clients.

I think if the companies who use a relocation service knew their business was being outsourced to this individual they would be very disappointed with the service that was actually being provided and who was representing them.

Robin Wilson works extremely hard for all her clients. This month she quickly found me a new tenant with no fuss. As a home owner who currently lives in England, it is a huge relief for me to have Robin on my side.

Robin does not listen. We repeatedly told her what we were looking for, yet got shown what met her needs. We kept telling her what houses we wanted to see, and our requests fell on deaf ears. She had no idea how to listen to what we wanted and find the house that met those needs.

Robin is incompetent. When we put a contract on a house (that we found on our own), she suggested a price substantially above local comps. We did all the leg work and research. She asked us to write our own contract, because she was too busy. We demanded she do it. We have since found out that she failed to provide us with certain forms.

We are saavy experienced buyers. I pity the poor property virgin who ends up with Robin. We were smart enough to walk away before she cost us a lot of money.

Robin Wilson (Highland Park) is the most professional and effective realtor I have ever worked with since I began buying and selling properties. Robin takes the time to understand your needs and desires and then goes out and really works on your behalf. Some "realtors" only dabble, but Robin is a committed, professional realtor that knows the business. She is an energetic, sharp, and no-nonsense professional.

Deb was fantastic! She made a very stressful situation much easier for me and my family. I especially am thankful for her photography, staging, lender, inspector, and attorney referrals which saved me A TON of legwork and time knowing I was in good hands with people she trusted. She was honest and caring and always emailed me or called me back asap with my many questions. Jackie was extremely helpful in finding properties that we were interested in and was always willing to show us what we asked. Once she knew what we were looking for she was very helpful in researching homes that we may be interested in and emailing us with the listing.

I talked with Jane's agency a while back. It was hard to get a hold of her, however. I think she considers herself too much of a "superstar." OTOH, they are very professional and her agency seems well run. But I'd prefer more personalized service. I think she's too successful for her own good.
