Robin Wilson is the definition of a sleezy saleswoman.  Her initial behavior and enthusiasm is outstanding- and then you sign the papers.  From there out, she is bratty, snobby, conceited and a horrible representative of properties.  She doesn't 'Show' homes... she lists them and knows she is guaranteed the sale. 

Here is the simple warning- simply ask not to be under a binding contract.  If realtors are truly representing your house in the best light, they should understand the consequences of horrible service.  I 100% guarantee she won't agree to those terms.  In fact, she'll convince you otherwise.
