Robin does not listen. We repeatedly told her what we were looking for, yet got shown what met her needs. We kept telling her what houses we wanted to see, and our requests fell on deaf ears. She had no idea how to listen to what we wanted and find the house that met those needs.

Robin is incompetent. When we put a contract on a house (that we found on our own), she suggested a price substantially above local comps. We did all the leg work and research. She asked us to write our own contract, because she was too busy. We demanded she do it. We have since found out that she failed to provide us with certain forms.

We are saavy experienced buyers. I pity the poor property virgin who ends up with Robin. We were smart enough to walk away before she cost us a lot of money.
