Not very ethical as he would share information regarding his other clients, for example their credit history, income and his general personal opinions about them. These are not the traits a professional should have when dealing with confidential information of multiple clients.

I think if the companies who use a relocation service knew their business was being outsourced to this individual they would be very disappointed with the service that was actually being provided and who was representing them.
